Whether you're experiencing a problem, want to learn more about computers/mobile devices, or are researching a new device purchase, the DeWitt library is pleased to now offer free technology assistance to our patrons. There are several options available:

Attend a Class

Classes are scheduled at various times throughout the year on topics of popular interest.

Currently running classes include: Intro to iPads, Smartphone Basics, and Password Management.

Class dates will always be listed on our website, on Facebook, and in The Observer at least one week prior. If you have a suggestion for a class topic, please stop by the library or email the Technology Librarian at erinmcdonnell@dewitt.lib.ia.us.

Trying to learn more about how to use your phone, tablet, or computer? Or having a particular problem that you would like to troubleshoot?

Technology librarian Erin McDonnell now offers free individual appointments for 30 minutes at a time Monday — Thursday as available. Call or stop by to schedule.
